Start a career in health information technology with a flexible, online degree! You will learn:

-Data management
-Information security
-Compliance with payment laws
-Organization of medical records

In addition, you will complete one clinical course in your last semester to gain real-world experience. When you complete the program, you will be eligible to take the AHIMA certification exam to become a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT).

This is not an admissions-based program. Program credits may be completed following completion of the general Ozarks Tech application process.
